Evergreen Federal Bank is pleased to announce that we will be making system upgrades to our banking platforms. With these upgrades, we look forward to being able to offer new products and features that will provide you more banking conveniences.

PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AND CONDUCT ALL ONLINE BANKING TRANSACTIONS INCLUDING BILL PAYMENTS PRIOR TO THESE DATES.

EVERGREEN ONLINE BANKING
If you are signed up to use Evergreen Personal or Business Online Banking, you will be receiving a letter from us with instructions regarding logging onto your accounts and scheduling bills before the upgrade. Please read the letter carefully as it will contain important information about the system upgrade.

ATMs & EVERGREEN DEBIT CARDS
Beginning Friday, April 23 at 4 p.m. and ending Monday, April 26 at 8 a.m. Pacific Time, Evergreen ATMs will be temporarily unable to accept deposits or facilitate transfers. ATM withdrawals will be available; however, temporary limits will be set at $500, and Debit Card point-of-sale purchase limits will be set at $1,000 per day.

EVERGREEN 24-HOUR PHONE ACCESS BANKING
24-Hour Phone Access Banking will be unavailable Friday, April 23 at 8 p.m. and will resume Monday, April 26 at 8 a.m. Pacific Time. The new phone number will be 1-844-406-1015. Your account number will be your user ID and you will be prompted to select a new PIN.

EVERGREEN STATEMENTS & CHECK IMAGES
You may receive two statements during the April/May statement cycle. The first will look like statements you have received in the past, the second will reflect the look of statements you will receive in the future. E-Statements from November through April will be available by mid-May. Check images that cleared your account from April 1-25 will be available mid-May.

During our system upgrade, we expect an increase in phone and drive-thru activity. A dedicated call center for Online Banking questions will be available at:
1-833-562-1086 (Mon. - Thurs. 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.) (Fri. 5 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and (Sat. 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) Pacific Time.
While our branch lobbies have been closed during COVID-19 restrictions, our plan is to reopen Monday, April 19 (pending State mandates).
