Evergreen
Online
Security

Evergreen Federal Bank is committed to doing everything possible to secure customer information such that unauthorized parties cannot access it. A number of measures have been taken to secure customer information over the Internet including the username and password customers use to authenticate to Online Banking. Evergreen Federal Bank owns a digital certificate that encrypts customer information while it is transmitted over the Internet and positively identifies the Bank to its customers. Once a session is established on a secure site, the user and the site are in a secured environment. Data traveling between the user and the site is encrypted.

To help maintain security, you should SIGN OUT and CLOSE your browser when you have completed your Internet banking session. This will help prevent unauthorized persons from viewing your private account information.

Never share your password with another person. Keep your password secret. For your protection, we recommend that you change your online banking password regularly. Do not use numbers that are easily associated with you, such as your telephone number, address, or birth date as your password.

If you have problems accessing Evergreen's Online Banking or suspect fraudulent activity involving your accounts, you should contact your local branch or call us at 541-479-3351 or 1-800-275-6148 from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Additional security features have been implemented to help protect you from identity theft. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the features below.

Do not share your user ID or password with anyone.

Online Agreements

Alerts

Once enrolled in Evergreen Online Banking, you can set up Alerts to assist you in monitoring your account activity. Alerts change the messaging landscape by enabling digital communication through multiple banking channels. Relevant financial events, such as a low balance, pending loan payment, or suspicious transactions, automatically trigger the delivery of real-time alerts. Account-holders control their communication preferences and can choose to receive alerts through email, text, or push notifications.

MFA Security Tokens

For certain account activities, Security Tokens will be made available. Online Fraud Mitigation Software-based multifactor authentication (MFA), which provides a second level of customer authentication in addition to the standard user ID and password, is one of the most effective defenses against online banking fraud.
