Evergreen Federal Bank is committed to doing everything possible to safeguard customer information. Beginning February 20, 2024 at 10am PST, we are pleased to add SecureNow to our Evergreen Online and Mobile Banking platforms. This security enhancement will be used to verify your identity through a one-time passcode authentication process.

Online and Mobile Banking users will be required to enroll a phone number to deliver your one-time passcode(s).

Text Message – Will send the SMS text message with a one-time passcode. Enter your mobile phone number if you would like to receive a text message with your one-time passcode.

Phone Call – Enter your home phone number if you would like to receive a recorded voice call with your one-time passcode. This can be sent to a mobile device or landline phone.

During future logins, if a new device or unusual activity is detected, you will be asked to verify your identity through a text message or voice phone call that will contain your one-time passcode. Simply enter the code to securely log in.

To avoid interruption in accessing your accounts, please make sure the phone numbers listed for your accounts are accurate. To view your current contact information, log into Evergreen Online and click on Profile at the top right of your screen. You will then see options to make changes to your phone numbers.
